Aerial View of Unit F

This aerial view of San Luis Valley Ranches shows the location of Unit F in relation to Smith Reservoir. It is highly accessible, running right along the County Road 12 with existing power lines. (Click to enlarge.)

The San Luis Valley terrain is a high-alpine valley with a 7,600-foot elevation. The land has fertile soil producing a variety of crops, including alfalfa and barley. There are over 300 sunny days per year.

The property in the San Luis Valley Ranchos is desirable because of its accessibility from the Highways 160 and County Rd. 12 and close proximity to Blanca and to Alamosa. The nearby town of Alamosa offers an airport, Adams State College, schools, hospital, recreation and shopping facilities. You are just off a major highway with mail delivery, school bus pickup. These are ranch areas so crops and animals are OK.
